Refund policy

             They do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for products except in very specific cases. The only time you can get a refund or exchange is if the item delivered is Damaged or Defective. 

             If your order arrives damaged/defective, you must record and share an unedited 360° parcel-Opening video (continuous, no cuts) within 24 hours of delivery as proof.

            After submitting this, the team will review and decide if a refund/replacement can be issued. 

          You cannot return or get a refund for any of these reasons:

• Size/fitting issues
• Difference in color preference
• Change of mind / buyer remorse
• Any item already used/worn/washed
• Any reason other than a proven defect or damage in transit
• Innerwear, underwear, intimate garments, bras, panties, slips or hygiene wear (added for hygiene reasons) 

          Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled by the customer under normal circumstances.

          If the seller cancels (e.g., due to stock issues or listing errors), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. 

       If a return is approved due to their error (damage/defect), they may cover the return shipping.

       For all other unauthorized returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. 

       Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within about 7–10 business days after inspection and approval. 

      Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important: Since Saara's Textiles is a smaller/local online retailer, their policies are stricter compared to big brands — make sure to check product details (size, fabric, measurements) carefully before ordering.
